How laser hair removal works

The laser hair removal process

Also, refrain from plucking or waxing for four weeks before your appointments. You can shave a day or two before your appointments. There needs to be just a little hair growth so the light energy can travel down the pigmented hair into the follicles.
During treatment, most patients experience a sensation much like the gentle snapping of a rubber band. Treatments usually take around 30-60 minutes, depending on the area or areas being treated.
